2.2 Rooplex is not a regulatory body, financial service, or professional advisor. We provide information and tools to help users assess business credibility, but we do not guarantee outcomes or endorse any business listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or manage a business profile.

3.2 By creating a business profile, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business.

4. Business Listings

4.1 Rooplex automatically generates basic business listings using publicly available Companies House data.

4.2 Businesses may claim, edit, or enhance their listing by creating an account.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

4.4 We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches these Terms or harms the integrity of the platform.

5. Trust Score

5.1 The Rooplex Trust Score is a proprietary scoring system based on verified data, profile completeness, reviews, and optional document checks.

5.2 The Trust Score is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of performance, reliability, or suitability.

5.3 We may update or adjust the scoring methodology at any time.

6. User Accounts

6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

6.2 You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

7.1 Rooplex offers paid subscription plans and add-ons. Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

7.2 All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

7.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by UK law.

7.5 Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of premium features.

8. Reviews

8.1 Rooplex may allow users to submit reviews about businesses.

8.2 Reviews must be honest, lawful, and based on genuine experiences.

8.4 Businesses may not post fake reviews or incentivise customers to leave misleading feedback.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory information

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Attempt to manipulate the Trust Score
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission
• Interfere with the platform’s security or functionality

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content, branding, software, and materials on Rooplex are owned by ROOPLEX LTD or licensed to us.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without our written consent.

10.3 You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display, use, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

11.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11.2 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.

11.3 By using Rooplex, you consent to such processing.

12. Availability of Services

12.1 We aim to keep Rooplex available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
